Retailer Pricing Policy Document

This document outlines the commercial terms, prices, and conditions applicable to retailers of ATLAS, our innovative handpan stand.
Our goal is to collaborate with you to promote and distribute ATLAS while ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial business relationship.

Our Products

Atlas Short

The Atlas Short tool consists of the following components:

  • Main body: made using 3D printing, it is equipped with a disc that allows attachment via magnets;
  • Wooden base: designed to secure the legs and the anti-tip pin;
  • Floating disc: features 8 scratch-resistant magnets to ensure the tool's stability;
  • Legs: made of wood and extendable to adjust the height.


The height of Atlas Short is adjustable from a minimum of 55 cm to a maximum of 65 cm, thanks to the extendable legs.

Atlas ALL (Short + Extensions)

The Atlas ALL (Short + Extensions) tool consists of the following components:

  • Main body: made using 3D printing, it is equipped with a disc that allows attachment via magnets;
  • Wooden base: designed to secure the legs and the anti-tip pin;
  • Floating disc: features 8 scratch-resistant magnets to ensure the tool's stability;
  • Extensions: made of wood, 41 cm long, screwable to the wooden base and legs;
  • Legs: made of wood, 41 cm long, and extendable by 10 cm to adjust the height.

The height of Atlas ALL (Short + Extensions) is adjustable from a minimum of 50 cm to a maximum of 96 cm, thanks to the extendable legs.

It is therefore a complete tripod that allows you to play the handpan both while seated (without extensions) and while standing (by adding the extensions).

Atlas Extensions

The wooden extensions,compatible with Atlas Short, have a length of 41 cm.

Retailer Prices

Our Recommended Retail Price (RRP) is as follows:

  • € 230.00 (VAT included) for Atlas Short
  • € 270.00 (VAT included) for Atlas Short + Extensions
  • € 59.00 (VAT included) for Atlas Extensions.

The price for retailers varies depending on the quantities purchased. The prices listed in the table below are all VAT excluded.

Note: It is not permitted to sell ATLAS products at a price lower than € 184.00 (VAT included) for Atlas Short, € 215.00 (VAT included) for Atlas Short + Extensions, and € 45.00 (VAT included) for Atlas Extensions, unless otherwise authorized in writing by Atlas Handpan.

Similarly, ATLAS also commits to not selling the products through its e-commerce site at prices below the amounts listed above.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

To access retailer prices, a minimum order of 5 units is required for the first purchase. The minimum order can be fulfilled by mixing different versions of ATLAS products as desired.

Payment Terms

Prepayment is required for the first three orders.

After the first three orders, payment can be made within 30 days from the invoice date, subject to approval.

Promotional Materials

Retailers will have free access to:

  • High-resolution photos.
  • Demonstration videos.
  • Product technical sheets.

Return Policy

For defective products, a replacement or full refund can be requested.
