Yes, Atlas is a modular system made up of three parts: the Body, the Legs, and the Extensions. By combining these parts, you can set up Atlas in all its different versions.

The magnets scratch?

Yes, we designed the product to be compatible with all handpans. Before launching it on the market, we also tested it with many handpan makers to make sure it works with all designs.

Yes, the magnets work with your handpan. Our product is designed to be compatible with all types of metal alloys commonly used in handpans, including nitrided steel, stainless steel, and Ember Steel. We’ve carefully tested it with a wide range of instruments to ensure reliable performance, no matter the maker or material.

Delivery and tracking

Our shipping policy provides worldwide delivery through leading international couriers. Each shipment is fully trackable and insured for the total value of the goods. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, and delivery times vary depending on the recipient's geographic location.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. For Europe, the rate is about € 12.00. For the United States, the cost is about € 25.00, and for Asia and the Pacific it is about € 30.00.

Refund procedure

The return is free of charge. In case of return, the Customer is required to ship the goods within 14 days from the communication of the return to the Supplier, as indicated in Article 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The return address is as follows: ATLAS SRLS, Viale Italia 290/C, 31015, Conegliano (TV), Italy. You will find the return shipping label inside the box.
